Director, Digital User Experience

As the Director of Digital User Experience for Fidelity's institutional business unit, I am focused on modernizing our prospect & client facing websites to meet and exceed business objectives.

  • Lead and developed a team of UX designers and researchers while fostering cross-functional collaboration with marketing, technology, creative, analytics, development, and compliance to deliver enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
  • Directed the full redesign and phased migration of the Fidelity Institutional website, executed through strategic release cycles aligned to quarterly business goals. This approach ensured measurable progress, de-risked change management, and delivered continuous value to the business.
  • Partnered with technology and development teams to modernize the platform architecture, implement structured content models, and integrate personalization and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborated with analytics teams to implement tracking and define KPIs, measure performance (lead generation, conversion, pages per session, in-page interactions), and continuously optimize the user journey.
  • Championed design system reuse and modernization, creating efficiencies, scalability, and consistency across institutional products and experiences.
